Manufacturing of Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board involves number of steps which is as per the following

  1. Initially all the Electrical Load will be worked out which is going to be connect on the Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board in the form of KW.
  2. After taking all the Load Detail and making the Total Load by adding the Connected Load, switchgear of required rating will be decided which needs to be connected in Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board.
  3. Once all the switchgear which is going to be installed in the MS Enclosure are finalized, The Size of the Enclosure was worked out for Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board.
  4. On the basis of the size which was worked out fabrication work will start accordingly.
  5. Once the Fabrication work get completed the Enclosure was sent for 7 Tank Cleaning Process once all the Excessive Oil And Grease was cleared  Powder Coating Process get started.
  6. Then the Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board get shifted from Powder Coating area to Assembly area where all the required switchgear get assembled along with Wiring work.
  7. Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board sent for Testing ( High Voltage Test, Meggering etc).
  8. When the Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board get tested it will sent for Packing & Dispatch area. from where it will be sent to various locations as per Order.

Where you can Install / Locate your Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board?

Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board are made up of Metal Enclosure that may be MS (Mild Steel) or SS (Stainless Steel), Powder Coated as per Customer requirements. If the Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board is Heavy then it needs to be installed on Floor, where as if the size & weight of the Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board is not so bulky then it might be installed on Wall also.

Most of the Time or Locations like Big Houses, Offices, Industries Electrical Panel / Panel Board / Distribution Board are Installed on Entrance Point, Basement Area depending upon easy access in case of Emergency switching off the Complete Electrical System. Where as in case of Apartments Sub Electrical Panel / Panel Board or we called it Distribution Board (D.B) is installed at Entrance Behind Main Door for easy Access.
